Since its founding, Pinecroft Paving & Landscape has grown and prospered by constantly keeping its family-oriented roots at the heart of its mission. With generations of farmers, we are knowledgeable and equipped to work on the ground and beneath the surface. Starting in the 1960's John Chapman developed a passion for paving and construction while carrying out large custom farming and vegetable operations. His experience, combined with a new generation of vision, allows for the growth of a business that offers dependable, competitively-priced solutions for all your paving needs.
Under the leadership of Chris Chapman and John Chapman, Pinecroft Paving & Landscape is an enduring part of the family's history, serving the local area for over three generations. Chris has a bachelor's degree in construction management from Central Connecticut State University and currently leads the paving division. As the fourth generation in the family, Chris is committed to providing superior quality, customized solutions that reflect our family's long-standing dedication to excellence. Our office manager, Heidi, works to ensure you get the customer service you deserve, with a smile and quick response time to inquiries.

As a construction expert, Chris has studied all aspects of the industry. Unlike most other companies in this field, there will always be an owner on-site for every job.
A job estimate is based on consultation between Chris and you. A thorough discussion of your options will be conducted with him to determine the best approach for your needs. A quote will be provided then.
